00:00Ukraine's air forces say Russia fired a barrage of 400 Shahid and decoy drones
00:05as well as a ballistic missile overnight into Wednesday targeting several Ukrainian cities.

01:47with locals reporting a series of explosions around 1 a.m. local time.

02:00Hungary has called for European Union sanctions against Ukrainian officials
02:05following the reported death of a Hungarian citizen during military mobilization in Ukraine.
02:11Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban claimed last week that Josef Sebastián,
02:16a 45-year-old ethnic ungarian from the Ukrainian Transcapaccia region was beaten to death,
02:22for refusing to join the ukrainian army.
02:25Ukrainian authorities are firmly denied the allegations.
02:48According to the Ukrainian military, Sebastián's mobilization was lawful
02:53and he died of a pulmonary embolism with no signs of bodily harm.
02:58The incident has heightened already strained relations between Hungary and Ukraine,
03:03with Budapest summoning the Ukrainian ambassador and escalating its criticism of Kyiv.
